Q. What are points worth?

A. Earn 1 point for every £10 spent/invested in our events. That’s a saving of £1 for every £10 you spend with us!

Q. When and how can I redeem my points?

A. You can redeem your points in multiples of 10 points, anytime you book an event with us, anytime you want to discount any new event booking fees.

Please Note: You can only use your points for bookings for the following year in advance, not in the same year you acquired them. And you must use or redeem your points before the end of the year you acquired them.

So, for example, any points you have earned in 2025 must be redeemed or used to discount any bookings you make for events in 2026.

At the end of the year, your points wallet will reset to zero. So, do use your points before year end by booking our market events for the following year.

Example: If you have spent/invested £100 on booking any of our events in 2025, you will have earned 10 points.

And as each point is the equivalent of £1, you can use those 10 points as a discount to get £10 off further Art House bookings 😀
